We operate in the following 3 simple steps;
- The parent is required to fill our online form, which helps us collect all the important information about the pupil(s) that we need a highly suitable tutor for and pay accordingly.
- We search our database for tutors who suit your preference and are knowledgeable in the subject(s) or skill(s) you wish to learn. However, we will handle all negotiations with tutors.
- Send the most suitable tutor to you.
With us, you have access to over 1,000 tutors in different locations and different specialties across western Nigeria. And we are gradually spreading across the 36 states and FCT. In other words, you have choices as you sign up for the Olukoo Advantage.
As professionals, we will deploy professional means of assessing teachers, performances and class objectives.
We have a proper evaluation and assessment template in measuring pupil’s performance against class objectives.
We offer a more competitive pricing compared to hiring a qualified and competent teacher yourself.
We charge based on a number of factors: your needs and class of request; what is the specialty of the knowledge or skill to be taught; the professional qualification and years of experience of the teacher requested for; how many pupils is the tutor expected to handle; number of sessions for tutoring and how long each session lasts; location of learner; the level of experience that clients require the tutor to have; and the age(s) of the child(ren).
To determine our exact rates for your request, please fill the hire-a-tutor request form first and an agent will contact you with the applicable rates.
The home is a very sacred place and we take extra precautions to ensure that our tutors are highly responsible individuals.
But in the case of any reported infraction(s), we are able to track them.
Please note that Olukoo handles the cost of elaborate diligence on the tutor.
We work with pupils from ages 3 upwards.
We work as hard as possible to ensure our charges are affordable and competitive. We do our best to ensure that we are able to work within reasonable budgets.
